- Negotiation: Lead high-level contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of buyers and supply chain analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cost Reduction: Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement inventory optimization strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Negotiation: Strong background in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Analysis: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
