Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories to achieve 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage relationships with 50+ key vendors, driving performance improvements and innovation
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including ERP and e-sourcing platforms
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards and ethical sourcing guidelines
- Mentor procurement specialists and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving measurable cost savings and process improvements
- Expertise in contract management and vendor relationship development
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and data analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international markets
- Deep understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR)
