Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including demand planning, sourcing, contracting, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using ERP and data analytics tools.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying vendor bases and maintaining contingency plans for volatile market conditions.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPM certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record of managing high-spend categories and achieving significant year-over-year cost savings.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-site teams and complex vendor relationships.
