Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Lead contract negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycles, from requisition to payment, ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to align purchasing efforts with business goals.
- Mentor and lead a team of purchasing analysts to optimize daily operations and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful high-value contract negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- CPM or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
