Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for direct/indirect materials across 3+ international markets
- Lead vendor negotiations securing contracts with $15M+ annual spend, achieving 12-15% cost savings targets
- Oversee supplier relationship management program ensuring 95%+ vendor compliance and performance KPIs
- Analyze market trends and data to drive procurement decisions using SAP Ariba and Power BI analytics
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement value engineering initiatives
- Manage $50M+ procurement budget with rigorous spend analysis and category optimization
- Drive sustainability initiatives by vetting suppliers for ethical compliance and carbon footprint reduction
- Mentor 4-person procurement team through performance development and process innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 5+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and achieving quantifiable savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and spend analytics platforms
- International sourcing experience with cross-cultural negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen including budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience implementing procurement transformation projects in manufacturing/distribution
- Proficiency in sustainability frameworks (ISO 14001, GRI) and ethical sourcing standards
