Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with international and domestic suppliers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procurement-to-pay lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Drive vendor performance management programs to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
- Oversee departmental budgets and implement lean procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP or Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of successful high-stakes contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, customs regulations, and import/export compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing procurement teams.
- CPSM or APICS certification is highly advantageous.
