Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to optimize cost and supply continuity.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with high-performance suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate enterprise risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement requirements into the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to forecast demand and provide actionable executive insights.
- Implement lean purchasing processes to drive operational efficiency and spend reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics software.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and multi-million dollar budget management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategy.
- CPSM or APICS certification is highly regarded.
