Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract renewals for key categories
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across supply chains
- Oversee purchasing budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and achieving cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
