Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, components, and services
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and ethical standards
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement efficiency
- Manage purchasing budget and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience managing international suppliers
