You will play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain resilience and profitability while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable pricing, quality standards, and lead times.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to mitigate risks associated with raw material price volatility.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations, including purchase order lifecycle and invoice reconciliation.
- Implement lean procurement methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to oversee supplier selection for new product introductions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of junior buyers and procurement specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and managing international supplier portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and procurement analytics software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making.
- Certification in CPSM or APICS (CSCP/CPIM) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
