Responsibilities

- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from RFP/RFQ generation to final vendor selection.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to forecast costs and inventory requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and material flow.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company internal purchasing policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of cost savings and vendor performance improvement.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred) and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and risk management.
