Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFP/RFQ development and vendor selection.
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term stability.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for process improvement and consolidation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale contract negotiations and vendor performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- CPM, CPSM, or APICS certification is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
