- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging supply trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and ESG standards.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to foster a high-performance departmental culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical sourcing roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend categories.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
