- Oversee the vendor evaluation process, ensuring consistent performance and compliance.
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure operational continuity while managing working capital.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and software adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic purchasing or procurement.
- Proven track record of successful vendor contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics and trade compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
