- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations with strategic suppliers to optimize terms, pricing, and SLAs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous process improvements within the purchasing lifecycle.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate supply chain trends and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, conducting quarterly business reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior procurement staff and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics platforms.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence executive leadership.
