Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and cost-reduction projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Excel.
