Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to perform accurate forecasting and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and reduce cycle times.
- Manage vendor performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews to drive quality and reliability improvements.
- Oversee compliance with corporate governance, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
