Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain resiliency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing strategic partners while negotiating complex master service agreements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of operations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and finance departments to optimize inventory levels.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, including RFPs, contract renewals, and performance auditing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to increase department output and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global supplier portfolios in the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced data analytics/BI tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based procurement.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM) is highly preferred.
