Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with company growth targets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to mitigate risks and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Oversee global inventory procurement processes to ensure zero downtime in production.
- Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend and achieving significant cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and procurement automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a global mindset.
