Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage vendor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment processing
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory turnover ratios
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and procurement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making expertise
