Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies to drive cost-efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 global suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams to align procurement goals with product development roadmaps.
- Manage vendor performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Implement sustainable procurement practices to reduce environmental impact across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP or Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and international vendor relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial KPIs.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
