Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain cost and reliability.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycles, including identification, onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with production timelines and business growth targets.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify potential risks and new opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Oversee departmental budget and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal corporate governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and negotiating favorable terms with international vendors.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP or Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring high-performing procurement teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
