Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including vetting, contract negotiation, and performance auditing.
- Monitor market trends and raw material pricing to mitigate supply chain risks and leverage cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and international trade regulations.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve departmental KPIs and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement roles.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-reduction projects.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
