Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve organizational cost-reduction targets.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from RFP generation to contract negotiation and final vendor selection.
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key global suppliers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively adjust purchasing tactics.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and budgetary compliance.
- Implement data-driven procurement metrics to track performance and mitigate supply chain risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend categories and negotiating complex service agreements.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial statements.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
