Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in purchasing or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global supply chains in a manufacturing environment.
- Expert-level negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
