- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 12-15% annual cost savings targets
- Oversee supplier relationship management program with 200+ active vendors
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement modules (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Analyze market trends and risk factors affecting supply chain stability
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior procurement analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive purchasing/supply chain management experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification required, MBA preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with contract lifecycle expertise
