Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers to achieve 15-20% cost savings
- Lead cross-functional procurement teams and manage $50M+ annual procurement budget
- Implement supplier diversity programs and vendor risk mitigation frameworks
- Analyze market trends to inform data-driven purchasing decisions
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive digital transformation through procurement automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 5+ in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement)
- Proven track record of implementing category management strategies
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international contracts
- Knowledge of ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
