Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and operations teams
- Oversee supplier performance management systems and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and drive team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in SRM systems and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Proven track record in international sourcing and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills with $5M+ annual spend management
- Deep knowledge of industry-specific regulations (ITAR, FDA, etc.)
