Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead contract negotiations with global suppliers, achieving 15% cost reduction targets
- Implement and manage supplier performance metrics and KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for procurement optimization
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination for 500+ SKUs
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of cost reduction and vendor relationship management
- Advanced negotiation skills with international suppliers
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spend analysis tools
