You will play a pivotal role in shaping our vendor relationships and ensuring that our global procurement initiatives align with our long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor contract management.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to align procurement goals.
- Manage key supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and reliability.
- Oversee departmental budget and inventory procurement metrics to drive bottom-line growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and negotiating high-value deals.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
