Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost-saving and operational efficiency targets.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze market trends and raw material pricing to provide strategic forecasting and inventory management insights.
- Cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with global key stakeholders and vendors.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ workflows.
- Implement data-driven inventory management systems to ensure 99% availability of critical components.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of procurement analysts and buyers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record in managing annual spend exceeding $50M.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
