Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through robust contingency planning and proactive market analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to forecast demand and ensure seamless inventory availability.
- Manage complex supplier contracts and monitor compliance with internal quality and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts to foster a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
- Analyze spend patterns to identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant annual cost reductions and contract negotiation success.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and economic data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or APICS) is highly preferred.
