Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to ensure material availability and quality standards.
- Implement data-driven procurement solutions to enhance inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Mentor a team of procurement specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies.
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and purchasing, preferably within manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of significant cost reduction and contract optimization.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or APICS) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and vendor risk management.
