Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain stability.
- Negotiate complex service-level agreements and master supply contracts with key international vendors.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to mitigate risks and capitalize on pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, and Production to ensure alignment on material requirements.
- Oversee supplier performance management programs to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of procurement analysts and buyers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the procure-to-pay process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global supply chains and multi-million dollar budgets.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of international trade compliance and logistics.
