Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Manage and negotiate high-value contracts with tier-one global suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to ensure operational continuity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing initiatives for new product development.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and rigorous quality audits.
- Optimize inventory turnover rates and manage budget forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- CPM, CPSM, or APICS certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
