- Coordinate stakeholder engagement from ministerial to technical teams
- Conduct technology impact assessments for policy implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Drive digital literacy initiatives across public sector workforce
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in government IT transformation projects
- Expertise in Canadian public sector digital frameworks (e.g., GC Digital Standards)
- Proven track record with cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) in regulated environments
- Advanced knowledge of accessibility legislation (AODA, WCAG 2.1)
- Security clearance eligibility (Reliability Status)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in public sector contexts
