Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy frameworks for federal programs using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Lead stakeholder consultations with ministers, departments, and external partners
- Conduct economic impact assessments and risk evaluations for legislative proposals
- Prepare Cabinet-ready briefing materials and parliamentary submissions
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver policy implementation milestones
- Monitor emerging trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of federal/provincial policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in policy development frameworks and regulatory impact analysis
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and interdepartmental coordination
- Exceptional written communication skills for complex policy documents
- Security clearance eligibility at the Reliability level
- Experience with public financial management and budget processes
