Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing digital service delivery platforms aligned with Government of Canada accessibility standards
- Develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps for municipal operations and citizen services
- Ensure compliance with PIPEDA, PSAB, and federal digital security protocols
- Collaborate with federal agencies on shared service initiatives (e.g., GCcloud integration)
- Manage vendor relationships for enterprise software implementations
- Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in public sector IT transformation or equivalent government consulting
- Proven expertise in digital service delivery standards (WCAG 2.1, Digital Service Standard)
- Government security clearance (Reliability Status or equivalent)
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Deep knowledge of Canadian public procurement frameworks
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for digital projects
- Strong familiarity with Ontario municipal governance structures
