Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated PR campaigns that drive brand awareness.
- Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with Tier-1 journalists, editors, and industry analysts.
- Draft high-impact press releases, thought leadership articles, and executive briefing notes.
- Manage rapid-response communications and crisis mitigation strategies for high-stakes corporate scenarios.
- Lead media training for C-suite executives and key company spokespeople.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and narrative impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 6+ years of agency or in-house PR experience, preferably within the tech or consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated history of securing placements in major publications (WSJ, TechCrunch, NYT, etc.).
- Exceptional editorial judgment and mastery of AP style.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and executive stakeholders with poise.
- Deep understanding of digital media landscapes, including SEO integration and social influence strategies.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, or Meltwater.
