Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an end-to-end global content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead a team of freelance writers and designers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized long-form content.
- Manage the brand editorial calendar, ensuring consistency across all channels including blogs, social, and whitepapers.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEMrush to refine and pivot content strategies.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create demand-generation content that shortens the sales cycle.
- Optimize existing evergreen content to maintain rankings and improve user engagement.
- Spearhead the launch of new content pillars, including video series and interactive webinars.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and increasing lead conversion rates.
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong, distinct brand voice.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making decisions based on data, not just intuition.
- Experience in managing external creative partners and cross-functional project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
