Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for national infrastructure projects

- Coordinate with provincial/territorial governments on joint initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with industry partners and community groups
- Prepare briefing notes and cabinet submissions for senior decision-makers
- Manage policy implementation budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Mentor junior policy analysts on public sector governance best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive policy development experience in government
- Expertise in infrastructure financing models and public-private partnerships
- Proven ability to navigate federal procurement regulations
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Valid Government of Canada security clearance (Reliability Status)
- Experience with impact assessment frameworks (e.g., Impact Assessment Act)
