Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare policies and legislative proposals to assess socioeconomic implications and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Lead cross-agency task forces to develop unified responses to emerging public health crises
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using advanced statistical methods to evaluate policy effectiveness
- Prepare high-impact reports and briefings for congressional committees and senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government/public sector
- Expertise in healthcare systems, Medicare/Medicaid programs, or health economics
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata, SAS) and policy modeling tools
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
