Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating issues as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
- Implement and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts, ensuring adherence to project requirements and performance standards.
- Report on project progress, performance metrics, and financial status to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on technology or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
