Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from ideation to launch, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, securing buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing solutions to keep timelines on track.
- Communicate complex project updates and status reports to executive leadership and clients.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain team momentum.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Tech/SaaS industry (minimum 5 years).
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
