Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance user needs with technical constraints
- Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines while optimizing for conversion
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and iterate on designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including usability testing, journey mapping, and persona development
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and front-end development principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
