Responsibilities
- Design novel deep learning architectures for multimodal data processing
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Optimize neural networks for edge deployment and real-time inference
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for reproducible ML
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize AI innovations
- Contribute to open-source AI frameworks with 100k+ GitHub stars
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years developing production-level ML systems at FAANG-scale
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter models
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top AI venues
- Proficiency in distributed ML on Kubernetes/AWS/GCP
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or generative adversarial networks
- Experience with MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management
