Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional agile teams in the delivery of high-impact software solutions.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies early in the lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Facilitate clear, effective communication between technical engineers and non-technical business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and team processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven track record of managing full software development lifecycles (SDLC) from conception to launch.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
