Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define and execute AI strategy.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy, ensuring scalability on cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct research to explore new algorithms and methodologies in the AI space.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and version control.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
