Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to validate business hypotheses.
- Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
