Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data ingestion to model deployment and performance monitoring
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model efficacy
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied data science or ML engineering
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models in real-world business contexts
